KREMMLING COLORADO This is a beautiful 8,000 acre Ranch that sits in North Central Colorado 1 1/2 hours from Denver. The Lodge sits in the middle of the property, is very spacious, includes 2 bedrooms for 4 hunters, washer/ dryer, boot dryer and hot tub on the deck. The fall of 2009 was our first year on this Ranch which ended up great! This Area has Tremendous Mule Deer and lots of Elk with an occasional monster. Our harvest report clearly showed, Our 11 hunters harvested 11 Mule Deer. 10 of which were OVER 170” with two over 200”. 21 of our 29 Elk Hunters connected with a Bull. This Ranch sits in the middle of a cannon with Thousands of National Forest acres surrounding it. It is brutal for public hunters to access from over the divide, but IF they do, they inevitably will push the game back down onto our Ranch which is comprised of plush meadows, hay fields, Aspens, sage flats and streams where the Elk and Deer want to be. SAGUACHE COLORADO This is a beautiful 18,000 acre High country Ranch in The San Luis Valley, 3 hours West of Colorado Springs. We are very excited to say that we are the first to hunt this Ranch. The owners have taken a few trophies over the last 20 years since they’ve owned it, but it’s virtually untouched!! The Terrain is exactly what any Mule Deer expert would hope for, making these Deer second to none. The Ranch also has miles of low creek bottoms which are surrounded with hundreds of acres of plush Hay fields where ALL of the Game wants to be . divide, but IF they do, they inevitably will push the game back down onto our Ranch which is comprised of plush meadows, hay fields, Aspens, sage flats and streams where the Elk and Deer want to be. LAMAR COLORADO Friends of ours Hunted here and shot a 191” Whitetail in ’08, last year we shot a 178” and he was the smaller one! After seeing the quantity and quality of Deer in this area we knew we had to lock some property down for ourselves….. SO, come hunt our newest lease which is 12,000 Beautiful acres surrounding the Arkansas River Bottom in South Eastern Colorado. The Ranch is made up of River Bottoms, Alfalfa, Corn, Hay and Sage Brush…… Just what those Deer LOVE! We have 4 Landowner Vouchers which will allow our Hunters a crack at some of Colorado’s best Plains Deer. This unit takes 14 points to Draw and there are only 12 tags issued for this season each year.
