Friends of ours Hunted here and shot a 191” Whitetail in ’08, last year we shot a 178” and he was the smaller one! After seeing the quantity and quality of Deer in this area we knew we had to lock some property down for ourselves….. SO, come hunt our newest lease which is 12,000 Beautiful acres surrounding the Arkansas River Bottom in South Eastern Colorado. The Ranch is made up of River Bottoms, Alfalfa, Corn, Hay and Sage Brush…… Just what those Deer LOVE! We have 4 Landowner Vouchers which will allow our Hunters a crack at some of Colorado’s best Plains Deer. This unit takes 14 points to Draw and there are only 12 tags issued for this season each year. This hunt will take place on the first 7 days of December during the Prime rutt and includes: 2 guides, lodging, food and 1 Deer which can be EITHER a Whitetail OR Mule Deer!
