This is a beautiful 18,000 acre High country Ranch in The San Luis Valley, 3 hours West of Colorado Springs. The Terrain is exactly what any Mule Deer expert would hope for, making these Deer second to none. The Ranch also has miles of low creek bottoms which are surrounded with hundreds of acres of plush Hay fields where ALL of the Game wants to be.

DEPRADATION VELVET ELK:

This is the most unique Elk Hunt in the upper 48. The San Luis Valley has a herd of Elk that has moved into the hay and potatoe fields leaving countless dollars of damage in their wake. Therefore, the Colorado Division of Wildlife has begun to issue Depredation Licenses. Hunters can use ANY weapon that they choose, shoot as many Elk as they want AND it WON'T count against their Fall Elk Licenses!! PLEASE know that not one of these Elk are the same Elk that we hunt in the fall. The Cows are always there so the Bulls come and go. We will take your deposit and call you when the Bulls show up. If you can't make it, we will call the next in line and give you another call the next time the Bulls show up.

-This Ranch is in GAME MANAGEMENT UNIT #28

-Hunter agrees to pay for and give Tag It world Wide LLC. a Shoulder mount replica IF they Harvest any animal of Boone and Crockett size with TIWW.
-Cash or visa to pay for your licenses at the local store if you haven't already purchased them.
-We won't ever force you to take a shot at any animal, but we do take wounded animals very seriously. We won't allow anyone to shoot another animal once they've wounded one. Your hunt for that species is over once you shot and hit an animal. PLEASE make sure that it's a good shot BEFORE you shoot.
