N.KANSAS WHITETAIL HUNT

-2,700 Acres in North Central Kansas
-We have a 5 year lease on this Ranch. It has been previously hunted VERY lightly in the past.
-The Ranch consists of agriculture, Hard wooded creek bottoms, CRP and Cattle pastures.
-All hunters have to draw their own License in Unit # 7. For more info go to http://KDWP.STATE.KS.US.COM
-2011 season Applications are accepted from April 1st through April 30th. $325 for the Deer tag plus $75 for a hunting License once you draw your Deer tag. ALL HUNTERS MUST HAVE A HUNTER SAFETY CERTIFICATE TO HUNT IN KANSAS!
-1 local Guide who knows the property well, will be available the entire week for the Muzzle Loader and Archery hunters, Rifle hunters will have 2 Guides for 4 Hunters.
-Ladder tree stands, Box Blinds and Double Bull Pop Up Blinds will be set in advance, but can be moved to suit hunters needs.
-It is legal and we will have several corn feeders active.
-Fully furnished local House with washer, dryer and cable close to property.
-All food included: Food will be on-site but hunters will make their own Breakfast and Lunch.
-We will have a local Girl that comes in every afternoon to clean up and fix Dinner.
-All Hunters will arrive in the late afternoon of their first day and leave in the early morning of their last day.
-Once a hunter shoots at and hits an animal, that counts as their animal for the hunt. TIWW will do everything that they can to retrieve the wounded animal, but if TIWW doesn't retrieve the animal, the hunt is still over.
-$500 will hold your spot until 12/01/10 when HALF of the hunt price is due. The FULL amount of the hunt is due by 4/01/11. IF the hunt is not paid for by 4/01/11, TIWW can and will sell hunt.

Week NKM # 1 September 19th to October 4th 4 HUNTERS @ $3,000 each
Week NKA # 1 October 31st to the 6th 4 HUNTERS @ $2,500 each
Week NKA # 2 November 7th to the 13th 4 HUNTERS @ $2,500 each
Week NKA # 3 November 14th to the 20th 4 HUNTERS @ $2,500 each
Week NKR # 1 November 30th to December 6TH 4 HUNTERS @ $3,500 each
Week NKR # 2 December 7th to December 13TH 4 HUNTERS @ $3,500 each

N.KANSAS RIO GRANDE HUNT

*$900 for 2 Kansas Birds OR $1500 for 2 Kansas Birds AND 3 Nebraska Birds. You MUST specify 2 or 5 birds when you book your hunt because we will not allow you to go from 2 to 5 birds once in camp.
*$75 for a hunting License PLUS 2 Turkey tags that will cost another $50.
*Arrive NO earlier than 6 PM and Depart NO later than 8 AM on your hunt days.
*IF you hit a bird with an arrow or shotgun, that counts as your bird!
*Half deposit to hold your hunt and the other half is due by 2/1/11
*No more than 4 hunters in camp at the same time.
